Policy

Shipping 

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under. 

Exchanges 

Notice of exchanges must be done within five days of customer receiving merchandise. Upon receipt of notice we will determine the cause of the exchange request, and if applicable; exchange the product for replacement. The exchange must be equal or greater value of your original purchase. 

 WE DO NOT HONOR REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGES. ONCE SHIPPED WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

You are responsible for purchasing a label to ship the items back to us and purchasing a label to ship your new item back to you. When sending back your exchange a return label must be inside the package for a valid exchange.

We require a tracking number on the merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Sublime Saints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
